Liber & Co's Demerara Gum Syrup adds so much depth, richness and silkiness to my favorite tiki drinks, particularly Mai Tai's and anything with a spice flavor profile. I highly recommend this as a substitution to a basic simple syrup.

Great for Old Fashioneds

If you're like me and like your Old Fashioned cocktails on the less sweet side, try substituting one (1) teaspoon of Demerara Gum Syrup for the simple syrup/sugar cube. Sugary sweetness is eliminated while the depth and savory quality of the drink is enhanced.
