Fay Wray
This cocktail from Matt Belanger takes a delicious duo of rum and banana and lends it some additional warmth and complexity thanks to aged brandy and Demerara Gum Syrup
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- ¾ oz gold rum
- ¾ oz brandy
- ¼ oz rhum agricole

½ oz banana liqueur (Tempus Fugit recommended)
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice

Garnish:
- dehydrated blood orange and fresh mint
