Bitter Pill
A complex and bitter sour, this cocktail holds true to its name.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz dark rum
- ½ oz fernet
- ½ oz lime juice
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
