Monsieur Manhattan

A mixture of brandy and Irish whiskey take the place of a traditional spicy rye, for a exceptionally smooth drink that doesn't skimp on flavor.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 1 oz Irish whiskey
• 1 oz brandy
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
• 3 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled glass
• Express an orange peel and garnish
