Ohana Joe

A relatively unknown tiki drink that might just be your new favorite. Creator Jeff Cleveland strongly recommends specific rums for this one.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 1 oz Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple rum
  
• 1 oz Plantation O.F.T.D. dark rum
  
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ¾ oz pineapple juice
• ½ coffee liqueur (St. George's recommended)
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a highball filled with crushed ice
  
• Swizzle, top with more crushed ice and serve
