Iron Ranger

Another winning tropical cocktail from Erick Castro. A bourbon base, spiced with falernum and raw demerara sugarcane.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
  
• 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  
• ½ oz falernum
  
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ¾ oz lemon juice
  
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add a couple cubes of ice and short shake for 5 seconds
• Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice

Glass:

• highball
  

Garnish:

• mint + cinnamon stick
