Dr. Funk

A storied tiki cocktail that's been through a lot of iterations. This version from Smuggler's Cove is sure to impress.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Real Grenadine
• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
  
• 2 ¼ oz Jamaican rum
• ¼ oz absinthe
  
• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
  
• 1 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice
• Top with soda
