Conference Cocktail

Tiki was jealous of the Old Fashioned build, and the Conference cocktail was born. From Brian Miller at Death & Co.

Ingredients:

• barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup 
  
• ½ oz bourbon
  
• ½ oz brandy
  
• ½ oz rye whiskey
  
• ½ oz calvados
  
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 1 dash mole bitters
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice.
  

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• orange twist
