Cafe Racer
A cold weather appropriate digestif, inspired by the delicious pairing of cacao, coffee, and raw cane sugar.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1 oz cold brew coffee
- ¼ oz creme de cacao
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled glass
- Express an orange peel and garnish
