Montenegro for Two
A fall-friendly tropical drink from Test Pilot in Santa Barbara. Montenegro's soft vanilla works perfectly alongside pineapple gum and Jamaican rum.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- ¾ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 3 oz amaro Montenegro
- 1 oz Jamaican rum
- 2 oz lime juice
- 8 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled snifter filled with crushed ice
