Stone fruit goes perfectly with the deep flavors of aged brandy and demerara sugar in this all-seasons sour.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz brandy
- ½ oz spiced pear liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
