Oaxacan Old Fashioned

Tequila and Mezcal breathe new life into the original cocktail. Our version adds richness with Demerara Gum Syrup and cacao bitters. 

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 1 oz tequila
• 1 oz mezcal
• 3 dashes cacao bitters

Instructions:

• Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into an ice filled glass
