We import whole, organic ginger root grown in the Andean Highlands of Peru. It’s sustainably cultivated and hand-harvested from mid-June to September by skilled farmers who assess each plant for maturity.

UPS damage

Recently, my shipment of fiery ginger syrup was damaged in transit by UPS, imagine that. Needless to say, I notified Lieber and company, and the order was replaced immediately. I do not use my Fiery Ginger Syrup to make cocktails, but use it as a coffee syrup. In my 20oz Yeti mug I add 3-4 tablespoons of the syrup and a Cinnabon creamer from International Delight. What you get is a wonderful spicy kick butt cup of coffee. It has a distinctive peppery taste that real ginger lovers will appreciate.

Best Ginger syrup on the market!

I've tried multiple ginger syrups and always come back to Liber. The thicker consistency enhances the ginger flavor, and the additional spicy kick to it makes for a great tasting cocktail. Love this stuff!

Crazy Delicious

I love whiskey cocktails and have lamented there aren't more that utilizie Scotch. I think maybe once before I had a Penicillian and didn't think it remarkable, but made with this syrup it's now my FAVORITE new cocktail, surpassing even the Manhattan. That's bananas.

Fresh and spicy

I was first introduced to Liber & Co via their Orgeat syrup- a staple in mine now favorite army, and navy drink. (You’ve got to try it if you like a solid gin cocktail) so I decided to try their ginger syrup. Equally impressed. It was great. Highly recommend. Tastes like I just boiled a batch of it myself.
