Mala Mule
Sichuan peppers add another dimension of spice to this blood orange mule.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Blood Orange Cordial
- ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 2 oz vodka
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 5 or more sichuan berries
- soda water
Instructions:
- Muddle Sichuan berries in a cocktail shaker
- Add syrups, vodka, lime juice, and ice and shake until chilled
- Strain into an ice filled glass
- Top with soda water and stir
Glass:
- highball or copper mug

- Lime wedge and sichuan berries
