Liber Wassail

Our take on the classic holiday drink combines spicy mulled cider with bourbon and Real Grenadine. This recipe makes two servings. 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• 1 oz Real Grenadine
• 12 oz apple juice
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves
• 2 allspice berries
• 2 peppercorns
• 4 oz bourbon

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except bourbon to a sauce pan
• Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-30 minutes, to your preferred spice level
• Add the bourbon and serve warm
