Mezcal Fruit Cup
Citrus notes, mezcal and sweet vermouth combine in a boozy and fruity highball cocktail, for a smokey fruit cup.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- ½ oz Sugarcane Kola Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dash lavender bitters
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball over fresh ice
- Top with soda water

- mint, orange half moon and strawberry slice
