Percolator
The perfect highball for when the weather turns from warm to cool. Bursting with Fall flavors, this cocktail can take you from late Summer through the winter, with overproof bourbon doing its part to warm you up on chilly evenings!
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 ½ oz overproof bourbon
- 2 oz unsweetened apple cider
- ½ oz lemon
- ¼ oz allspice dram
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all but cider to a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with cider and stir
