Chilcano

Devised in Peru by Italian immigrants, this mule variation uses grapey pisco as its base spirit. 

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz pisco
• ¾ oz lime juice
• soda water

Instructions:

• Add ginger syrup, lime and pisco to a highball glass filled with ice
• Top with soda water and stir.
