Chilcano
Devised in Peru by Italian immigrants, this mule variation uses grapey pisco as its base spirit.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz pisco
- ¾ oz lime juice
- soda water
Instructions:
- Add ginger syrup, lime and pisco to a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water and stir.
