Monongahela Mule
A fan favorite at Death & Co. The spice of a good quality rye whiskey and the real-ginger burn of our Fiery Ginger Syrup are an excellent match in this easy highball.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 oz club soda
- fresh mint
Instructions:
- Muddle mint and syrups in a shaker tin
- Add ice, remaining ingredients except club soda and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Double strain into a highball filled with ice - top with club soda
