German Vacation
From famed amaro-lover Sother Teague comes this mash up of bitter Jägermeister against a classic tiki build. There's a lot of strong flavors here, which means a lot to love!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz gold rum (Flor de Caña 4 year recommended)
- 1 oz amaro (Jägermeister recommended)
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except bitters to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Dash bitters on top of more crushed ice
- garnish with an orange twist
