Our raspberries are grown in Whatcom County, WA, where the maritime climate and deep sandy loam soil make the area one of the best in the world for growing raspberries. Harvesting occurs in the summer months, and is done with a specialized machine that gently shakes the ripe raspberries from the vines.

Full flavor syrup

Bellyupbar Cocktails uses this to make Blinker, Banana Razz, Knickerbocker, Latin Love, and Prince Henry’s Punch. This product has full flavor. Improvement suggestion to Liber, cap is too small and hard to remove after first use. Try a plastic cap with ridges! Great products!

Love this syrup

I'm really a fan of the raspberry gum syrup, both by itself and in conjunction with the pineapple gum syrup. My favorite recipes using both syrups is the NY Brandy Punch. With just the raspberry syrup I really like the Licky Boom Boom (though that also has pineapple flavor with the juice).
