In this gorgeous highball, Pacific Northwest raspberry and gin make for a striking, floral and juicy base of flavor while Ancho Reyes Verde adds dimension with subtle fresh green chili notes and a warming, balancing spice.

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/4 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2-3 oz club soda

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain in a glass with ice and top with club soda
