I had never heard of Orgeat syrup before I accidently ordered a bottle of Liber & Company's. Since I had it on hand, I thought I'd make the best of it and looked up some cocktail recipes that used Orgeat and started shaking. Although I'm generally a bourbon & rye kind of guy, I truly enjoy light, refreshing drinks made with Orgeat such as a Mai Tai or Army/Navy cocktail--especially in the summertime. If you haven't tried these drinks, I recommend that you do so at once!

I have tried many Orgeat syrups and Liber Co. is by far the best. I use it in many different cocktails to add a complex sweetness. Simply awesome.
