An update to Hemingway's absinthe and champagne killer cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- ¾ oz absinthe
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- chilled dry sparkling wine
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except for sparkling wine to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe or champagne glass
- Top with sparkling wine
