Flamenco
An unexpectedly delicious creation from Death & Co. Orange juice is always a tough ingredient to balance in cocktails, but alongside other soft ingredients like sherry and almond orgeat, the Flamenco cocktail comes out beautifully.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1½ oz sherry (Amontillado strongly preferred)
- 1 oz genever
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz orange juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
