Infante

Exceptionally simple in its main ingredients. This Infante cocktail recipe highlights how small measures of secondary ingredients and garnishes can really change a cocktail. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 2 oz tequila
  
• ¾ oz lime juice
  
• 3 drops orange flower water
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass
  
• Garnish with a lime wheel and grated nutmeg
