Champagne Mai Tai
Make your Mai Tai sparkle! The bubbly lightens things up, and we'd suggest avoiding an overly aggressive rum here.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 ½ rum
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 oz champagne
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except sparkling wine, to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into mixing glass with champagne
- Stir for 20 seconds and strain into chilled rocks glass
- garnish with mint
