Sirop de noix de coco grillée
A coconut syrup for all seasons and all spirits!
We knew this needed to excel in summery tropical cocktails, but we also wanted a coconut syrup with expanded utility and a unique flavor profile.
Our secret to achieving both? Our base of custom toasted coconut meat.
The medium toast level lends a light nuttiness and a deeper flavor not found in plain coconut - which helps it pair spectacularly with barrel-aged spirits. The combination of toasted coconut, cane sugar, cold-pressed lemon oil and a pinch of salt makes this syrup's luscious flavor distinctly delicious.
NOTE: Your Toasted Coconut Syrup bottle may arrive with the coconut fat hardened at the top of the bottle. This is totally normal and a natural property of coconut fat. You can warm the bottle in hot water and then shake to combine. For more information, see our video.

Coconut Cocktail Recipes
Toasted To Perfection
Toasting the coconut lightly caramelizes the sugar, enhancing the natural sweetness and nuttiness of the coconut flesh. The result is a richer, more complex flavor profile compared to raw coconut.
Layers of Complexity
Fresh lemon oil balances this coconut syrup with its sharp and floral top note. Cold-pressed citrus oils - as opposed to steam distilled - are more aromatic and truer to the fruit.
Rich and Nutty
Salted lemon cuts through the unctuous full-fat flavor of real coconut. Medium high sugar.
The syrup has a wonderful flavor, but it separates in the bottle and is so congealed that no amount of shaking seems to get it recombined. Quite a nuisance and probably won’t buy again
The syrup is fantastic, but it separates pretty severly with a solid layer on top which makes it really hard to get a properly mixed amount when you need it for a drink
Toasted Coconut Syrup
A staple for my cocktails. Great flavor.
Weak flavor, also with high notes of lemon in. I was expecting more charred, toasted coconut when you receive soapy coconut with lemon.
