Our marionberries are grown in Oregon’s Willamette Valley under temperate conditions with cool, wet winters and mild, sunny summers. They are harvested in a short, 4-week window from early July to early August.

Better than muddling blackberries!!!

Liber & Co Marion Blackberry Syrup is winner, and you can use Blackberry Syrup year round rather than waiting for blackberry season to arrive. We made a Blackberry Bourbon Sour (Bourbon, Blackberry Syrup & Lemon Juice) and it was great. Then we tried a Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade with Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Blackberry Syrup, Simple Syrup or Demerara Syrup, a dash of bitters, and Sparkling Wine.......hard to beat this one!!!
We'll be trying other cocktails soon as well.

Good blackberry, but overall a mild flavor

I ordered several syrups, and the blackberry smells delicious and tastes like blackberries straight, but it's a comparatively mild flavor (compared to the raspberry, anyway). This one is more like adding berry flavored simple syrup than really intensely blackberry. I really like it anyway, just don't go in expecting intense berry flavor.
