Sugarcane, primarily grown domestically in Florida and Louisiana, flourishes in tropical climates. The harvesting season spans from mid-October to mid-March.

Gum arabic is harvested from Acacia trees in the “gum belt” of sub-Saharan Africa, with Sudan producing 70% of the global supply. The Acacia tree is tapped and the sap is collected, dried, and processed.

Great Syrup and Good New Packaging

Always have liked the syrup. It is consistent and works well in my cocktails. This was the first time I used the redesigned bottle. I really liked it. It was easy to handle and I liked that it did not drip. My only complaint is that the metal on the cap is a little thin. When I first opened the bottle it did not break away clean and left some sharp spots. Would be 5/5 with adjusted cap design.
