Without being too saccharine, my review: Great Syrups

I only discovered Liber & Co. a few years ago. I've always tried to make my own syrups (and other flavorings- additives). However, I've ended up with more misses than hits. Then, I was introduced to Liber & Co., particularly Demerara Gum Syrup, Oldfashioned Cocktail Syrup, and Classic Gum Syrup. They were excellent. They added texture and a clean flavor to my cocktails. Furthermore, they were far superior to anything I was attempting. Since my introduction to these syrups, I have tried other brands. While I have not been displeased by such forays, the quality and the experience Liber & Com. syrups bring to my cocktails far outshine everything else. For the last six months or so, I have been using Liber and Co. exclusively. I have also branched out, exploring Liber and Co.'s other syrups. Each one has been unique, opening new vistas for my cocktail explorations and allowing me to explore with confidence-- knowing that what is offered is excellent in quality and value. I am enjoying the quality, flavors, and the assurance Liber and Co. syrups offer, not to mention a more relaxed and confident outlook on my cocktail mixing. In short: Great Syrups- a great company.

Taste isn't as fruity as other liber syrups, but it is great as a substitute for alcohol in a mocktail.

Not too sweet, perfect level of vinegar funk. I use it in NA cocktails with the Pathfinder amaro. Try the following recipe, based on Garret Richard's "Scrimshaw":
2 oz Pathfinder
1/2 oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
1/4 oz elderflower syrup
