The Braam Dot Com
A bright and refreshing riff on the Gin Sour. The result is a stunning cocktail full of delicious complexity!
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Marion Blackberry Syrup
- 2 oz genever
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes absinthe
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Dry shake for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish
