Salty Mutt

A lovely brunch cocktail inspired by Liber's resident pup.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 1 oz tequila
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz honey syrup
• sparkling rosé

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except rosé in a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and an optional salted rim
• Top with the sparkling rosé
