Salty Mutt
A lovely brunch cocktail inspired by Liber's resident pup.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
- 1 oz tequila
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz honey syrup
- sparkling rosé
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except rosé in a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and an optional salted rim
- Top with the sparkling rosé
