Mandeln Old Fashioned

Inspired by the hot candied almonds served at German Christmas Market, this rich cocktail is a perfect end to your holiday feast.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 2 oz bourbon
• dash of ground cinnamon (we prefer the mild Ceylon variety)
• 2-3 drops of vanilla extract

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass (1-3 large ice cubes)
• Garnish with ground cinnamon and slivered almonds
