This is a complex orgeat whose full almond character imbues cocktails with divine flavor and aroma.

We start with whole almonds that are blanched and roasted to bring out deep toasted nut flavors. Also in the mix: cane sugar, orange blossom and a touch of bitter almond oil for a distinct marzipan note. Use this orgeat to shake up a world-class Mai Tai!

The California almonds we use in our orgeat are harvested every year between August and October. When the almonds reach maturity on the tree, a machine shakes them to the ground where they are left to dry in the sun for 8-10 days before being picked up and sorted. Our almonds are then custom roasted, ground smooth, and turned into the world’s best orgeat.

Best Orgeat Syrup

Liber Almond Orgeat Syrup makes drinks rich and creamy, and just sweet enough. It does tend to settle a little, but it recombines with a few minutes out of the 'fridge and a good shake. We make pitchers of Board Shorts for get-togethers with our neighbors, and it has become one of the favorites along with the Surf Liner. And, of course, Mai Tai's made with it are simply the best.
