Grapefruit Negroni

A bright, tangy version of the Italian classic.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 1 oz gin
• ½ oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients with ice and stir
• Strain over ice into a rocks glass

Garnish:

• grapefruit peel
