Grapefruit Negroni
A bright, tangy version of the Italian classic.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients with ice and stir
- Strain over ice into a rocks glass
