Desert Flower

 

A bright, delightful, floral drink. A great introduction to using sotol in cocktails. 

Ingredients:

  • ½oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 2 oz sotol reposado
  • ½ oz honeysuckle liqueur
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 1-2 dashes tiki bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rock glass
  • Garnish with a lemon Wedge
