Desert Flower
A bright, delightful, floral drink. A great introduction to using sotol in cocktails.
Ingredients:

½oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 2 oz sotol reposado

½ oz honeysuckle liqueur

¾ oz lemon juice
- 1-2 dashes tiki bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rock glass
- Garnish with a lemon Wedge
