Champagne Cocktail
The effortless and always satisfying classic cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2-4 dashes Angostura bitters
- chilled dry sparkling wine
Instructions:
- Add ingredients, except the wine, into a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and top with sparkling wine
- Strain into a chilled coupe or champagne glass
