Agave Club
A mix between a Margarita and Pegu Club, this refreshing cocktail uses a white wine syrup as the sweetener.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Grüner Veltliner Syrup (Equal parts Classic Gum Syrup and white wine)
- 2 oz tequila reposado

½ oz lime juice
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with an orange twist
