Pacific Strawberry, fresh lime, and blanco tequila make a striking combination in this delightfully flavorful and extremely refreshing highball. Smoked chili bitters add subtle spice and a balancing earthy smokiness that makes this a total winner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz blanco tequila
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 3 dashes smoked chili bitters
  • 2-3 oz club soda

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain in a glass with ice and top with club soda
