A sophisticated martini riff that captures the elegance of ancient Rome. At its core, bay leaf-infused gin offers a subtle herbal depth, harmonizing beautifully with the herbal and citrus notes of Italicus. Classic Gum Syrup adds just the right amount of sweetness and a luxurious mouthfeel.
Ingredients:
- barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz bay leaf infused gin
- ½ oz italicus
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir for 15 seconds
- Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon twist
- Steep a bay leaf in gin for 20 minutes
