Green Grin

Orgeat brings a delightful twist to the classic pairing of gin and Green Chartreuse (alternative Boomsma Cloosterbitter or Dolin Genepy Le Chamois). These herbal, nutty flavors harmonize beautifully with crisp cucumber, fresh mint, and lime, making for a refreshingly bubbly cocktail that’s perfect for sunny days.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 2-3 oz club soda
• 5-6 cucumber slices

Instructions:

• All all minus club soda to a shaker
  with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds and double
  strain over ice
• Top with club soda and garnish
