Bitter Gin Fizz
A riff on the infamously laborious Ramos Gin Fizz cocktail. Campari and Pacific Strawberry Syrup give this cocktail a bittersweet twist that's hard not to love. Made by our friend @anushu802
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- ½ oz Campari
- ½ oz heavy cream
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz pasteurized egg white
- 3 drops vanilla extract
- club soda
Instructions:
- Use an immersion blender to blend all ingredients minus the club soda in a shaker tin for a minute
- Add ice and shake for 1 minute to chill
- Strain into a collins glass and refrigerate for a minimum of 5 minutes
- Make a hole in the center of the foam and slowly add club soda until the head rises
