Veni Vidi Vici

Named after Julius Caesar’s famous words, Veni, Vidi, Vici—“I came, I saw, I conquered”—this cocktail is bold, balanced, and full of character. This spicy and smoky cocktail is balanced beautifully by the warm notes of honey and the brightness of lemon juice.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• 1 ½ oz blended scotch
• 1 oz mead
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with candied ginger
