Liber Games

Open to All: The competition is open to individuals 21+ located in the United States.

Cocktail Competition: Craft a delicious alcoholic cocktail using a Liber & Co. syrup.
Non-Alcoholic Competition: Create a balanced and complex non-alcoholic beverage featuring a Liber & Co. syrup.

Each participant may submit up to one (1) entry per category.

Liber & Co. Syrup: All entries must incorporate a Liber & Co. syrup.
Recipe Submission: Provide a clear and detailed recipe for your creation.
Photo Submission: Include a high-quality photo of your finished beverage.
Single Entry per Category: Maximum of one (1) submission for the Cocktail Competition and one (1) for the Non-Alcoholic Competition.

Participants can submit their entries through one of the following methods:

Social Media Posting:
- Post your photo and recipe on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. Make sure your account is public so we can see the post.
- Tag your post with #Liberalia2025.
Email Submission:
- Email your photo and recipe to hello@liberandcompany.com

Ensure that your submission meets all requirements and is submitted within the designated submission period.

Review Process: Liber & Co. will review all submitted entries. Entries will be judged based on taste and flavor profile, presentation, creativity and originality, concept or story, and practicality (i.e., can it be reproduced?).
Semifinalists Announcement:
- Date: April 11, 2025
- Number of Finalists: 10 semifinalists for the Cocktail Competition and 10 semifinalists for the Non-Alcoholic Competition.
- Notification: Semifinalists will be emailed or messaged and announced on Liber & Co.'s official social media channels and website.

7. Public Voting for Finalists

Voting Method: Public voting will be conducted via Google Forms.
Voting Period: April 12, 2025, to April 18, 2025.
Voting Rules:
- Each voter is allowed one (1) vote per category.
Number of Finalists: 5 finalists for the Cocktail Competition and 5 finalists for the Non-Alcoholic Competition.
Notification: Finalists will be emailed or messaged and announced on Liber & Co.'s official social media channels and website.

Review Process: The 5 finalists for the Cocktail Competition and the 5 finalists for the Non-Alcoholic Competition will be judged by master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim. One winner will be selected for each competition.
Grand Prize Winners Announcement:
- Date: April 25, 2025
- Number of Winners: 1 Grand Prize Winner for the Cocktail Competition and 1 Grand Prize Winner for the Non-Alcoholic Competition.
- Notification: Winners will be emailed or messaged and announced on Liber & Co.'s official social media channels and website.

Announcement Date: April 21, 2025
Winners: One winner for the Cocktail Competition and one winner for the Non-Alcoholic Competition.
Notification: Winners will be announced on Liber & Co.'s official social media platforms and contacted directly via email or direct message.

Originality: All submissions must be original creations by the participant.
Ingredients: Homemade ingredients cannot be used.
Compliance: By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Liber & Co., which are final and binding in all respects.
Rights: By submitting an entry, participants grant Liber & Co. the right to use their recipes and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with the rules, are incomplete, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
