Yeti
A wintery tiki cocktail inspired by the great ape cryptid of the Himalayan mountains.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup

½ oz banana liqueur
- 1 ½ oz unaged fruit brandy
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz black tea
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with a banana chip and lemon ash
