Bitter Pill

A complex and bitter sour, this cocktail holds true to its name.

Ingredients:

• ½oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 1½ oz dark rum
• ½ oz fernet
• ½ oz lime juice
• egg white

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe
