La Joya

Devised with the Texan margarita drinker in mind.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 1½ oz tequila
• ½ oz lime juice
• generous squeeze of honey

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
